I have no idea what is going on with the Chinook in this photo. GIS turns up nothing.

It does have somewhat of a crouching salamander look to it, with the snow landing gear.

It's doing a pinnacle landing, where it rests solely on the aft gear. It's a way to load and unload troops in difficult terrain.
